Jolie Terre Shiraz

Tasting Note:  Bright, deep red colour with purple tints. Intense, fresh aromas of blackberry and black cherry with hints of violet. Full-bodied yet fruity and round. The wine has a great balance between mightiness and suppleness.

Enjoy With:  Great with all types of red meat but be a little more adventurous and try with a chicken curry or lamb.

Dry / Sweet:  Dry red wine.

Terroir / Region:  Jolie Terre Shiraz is made from grapes that are grown in vineyards certified as sustainable agriculture. Sustainable agriculture is all about having healthy soils, healthy vines and ultimately better quality grapes. The Vineyards are in the Languedoc region of Southern France.

Producer:  Yvon Mau is one of the largest producers in Bordeaux and a consistent value producer of Vin de Pays wines. Jolie Terre is a new range of earth friendly and vineyard friendly wines. Try also the new Jolie Terre Merlot and Jolie Terre Sauvignon Blanc.
