This wine is grown in the Santa Rosa Vineyard, located in the eastern part of Mendoza, Argentina, 620 meters above sea level. The climate is typical of a desert with temperatures around 30°C in the day that drop to 15° at night. The soil is of sandy loam texture, providing excellent natural drainage and aeration for good root system development.
Producer: Founded in 1963, Familia Zuccardi is one of Argentina’s largest family owned wineries. With more than 30% of their vineyards organically certified, it ranks among the most innovative wineries in the country. They were the first in Argentina to produce varietal wines from Tempranillo, Bonarda, Viognier and Sangiovese grape varieties.
