Tasting Note: Deep ruby colour with a brilliant crimson edge. Wonderful complexity of ripe mixed berry fruit aromas layered with earthy, mineral, spice and vanilla oak. A lush smooth entry with intense blackcurrant and spiced fruitcake flavours supported by firm yet friendly tannins. A medium to full-bodied blend ready to drink now although has the structure necessary for ageing.

Enjoy With: Great with smoked meat, full flavoured lamb casseroles, grilled steaks, and tomato based red meat pastas.
